This work wants to illustrate a training experience in psychotherapy which has been going on for many years within a public service of mental health. This experience allows us to touch different aspects that combine in and which are also illustrated here with clinical examples. We’ll talk about the relationship of organizations of care with training and therefore with bidirectional transmition of knowledges and experiences, of the relationship between generations of colleagues, of the role of ‘the new’ in the organizations and of the relationship of them with their tasks.
