The author, with reference to the more recent offered contributions from the pressing discoveries of the neurosciences, effects an articulated and detailed analysis of the two models of the mind, one of the junghian school, the analytical neuropsychology, and the other of the freudian kind, the neuropsychoanalysis, hypothesized on the basis of possible correlations among cerebral operations and functional organization of the mind from a psychodinamic point of view. He takes this analysis as a starting point for formulating a general model that provides on the one hand possible integrations and on the other hand inevitable differences between the neuropsychoanalysis and the analytical neuropsychology.[:]
